High-end Sushi Omakase Restaurant Tenant Improvement in Queen Anne

PDK Corporation completed the tenant improvement for Sushi Yoin, a 900 sq. ft. sushi omakase restaurant in Queen Anne, Seattle. The renovation transformed the existing interior through extensive demolition, removal of the old bar and furniture, and coordinated upgrades to electrical, plumbing, grease trap, ANSUL, light mechanical, and meat ager systems. Within the compact footprint, our team placed a strong emphasis on high-end aesthetics, integrating custom wood furniture, detailed millwork, concrete walls, Decometal accents, and premium stone-look tile to create an intimate, refined dining environment.
