PDK Construction (operated by PDK Corporation) is a commercial general contractor built on decades of accumulated construction knowledge and hands-on field experience. That foundation continues to shape how we approach construction today, with a strong emphasis on practical problem-solving, craftsmanship, and disciplined execution.

Since PDK Corporation was established in 2019, we have carried that foundation forward with a modern approach to project management, documentation, and coordination. Today, PDK focuses on commercial tenant improvements, renovations, and specialty build-outs across the Greater Seattle Area, combining field experience with clear communication and accountable execution.
