PDK Construction completed a 2,500 sq. ft. tenant improvement for Moment Coffee in Fremont, Seattle, transforming the space into a modern two-level café organized around a distinctive central stair. The project required careful coordination of cabinetry, custom wall millwork, custom furniture, quartz surfaces, plumbing installations, electrical upgrades, and health code compliance while resolving existing conditions from the previous tenant, including HVAC drip tray requirements, custom sneeze guards, backflow compliance, water pressure adjustments, and efficient station planning across a vertically layered café layout.
