Established in 1982, Tacoma New Life Church reached a significant milestone with its 40th anniversary, prompting a full-scale restoration to better serve the Tacoma community. PDK Corporation was commissioned to oversee the complex modernization of the 30,275-square-foot facility. This project required a meticulous approach to corrective engineering, as the building had not undergone significant structural or system updates in four decades. Our team navigated the complexities of large-scale restoration to ensure the structure met modern performance standards while honoring its historical significance.
