In 2019, brothers Daniel and Patrick Kim united to carry forward their father’s legacy, blending traditional standards of integrity with modern innovation and project management. This transition marked the birth of PDK Construction (operated by PDK Corporation), a company rooted in family history and driven by professional precision.
Today, led by Daniel and Patrick, we honor our heritage by delivering high-quality commercial and tenant improvement spaces across the Greater Seattle Area. We continue our family’s multi-generational commitment to excellence, reliability, and our community, combining a deep-rooted legacy with modern construction expertise.
